I have used Chem-dry of Tennessee for a long time, on and off. They have always done a good job for me.

We got a card in the mail and we called Chem-Dry and they came out! They were clean, they were communicative, and they stuck within their 3 hour time frame. They came at the beginning of the time frame and called to give me a heads-up that they were driving to our home. Great service.

I can honestly say that Cody is the most professional person I have ever had in my home. He did not rush and had no problems with my dogs staying inside. He allowed them to come up to him and sniff. He treated them as if they were his own. That is a first for me. Often I hear that my dogs need to be outside during the call. My dogs are my companions. They get very upset when separated from me. It is very upsetting to hear them crying outside.....Cody also asked for a broom so he could clean up the stuff on the floor after cleaning the stairs. He wiped all of the baseboards on the stairs as the machine had put cat hair on them. I see him as a role model for others to use in providing exceptional customer service. I felt very comfortable having him in my home and look forward to seeing him in the future.....

I was very impressed with Chem-Dry's service. They were out on time and were super quick and efficient. My carpets looked and smelled clean and new. I was even able to use a coupon from another branch even though they didn't come out to my location. All around excellent experience and I will be using them again.
